Best option available today (and quite possibly ever)

The ability for the user interface to be used in multiple languages. It's very easy to use once you've learned it as there are many different ways that one could perform simple tasks such as creating tickets or searching an incident log database. I dislike how difficult it can sometimes be to find certain features within the system if they're not directly visible when viewing your ticket list page. There isn't much else at this point but we have been using Asema since its inception so any issues were likely resolved during development prior to release. We realized early into our implementation process why other companies would spend thousands upon thousands of dollars per year just getting started with ITSM software; however after realizing what was required it made sense given all of their benefits.

  • They do listen though! As long as something gets reported everything always seems like nothing major has ever happened before resolving said problem(s)
