Before ordering I measured the width of the whisk blade as recommended by the manufacturer and checked my model number and it is said to be compatible. Had not. The fit was terrible! After putting it on the shaft I found it tight and difficult to fit. The tip of the flexible edge of the knife is too wide and too narrow, it sticks when lifting the bowl and causes the engine to be stressed when starting (not good). The middle part doesn't touch the bowl at all. And the bottom seemed to be in contact with the bowl like it should be. See my photo. The plastic on the blade itself has peeled off in two places near where it attaches to the blender shaft. The manufacturer should be ashamed to put the word "Made in USA" on such an inferior product. Frankly, the Chinese models turned out to be better in shape and finish than this one. For nearly 20 years, bowl scraping has irritated me and felt like it defeats the purpose of using a stand mixer instead of a hand mixer. I was pleased that this type of product could solve the hassle I was having with my KitchenAid stand mixers. Unfortunately, none of them fit my 6 liters. Blender so I'm back to cleaning and wondering if I shouldn't have just used a hand blender and saved cleaning time.
