I bought this because I very often kept changing shoes because the sole became hard sooner as I travel a lot and do a lot of hiking when one of my friends suggested using something like this sole. There is something when you where this:1) Make sure your shoe already has enough gap to put this sole, meaning, if your shoe is already cramped and tight/ to the fit, then you won't be able to fit this sole inside and put your shoe as well2) I'm 5ft 8" tall, I wear 9.5 Men's shoe and as the directions mentioned, make sure to buy an XL for 9.5, I was planning to buy L, but I'm glad that I bought XL, it fits perfectly fine for your legs.3) It has its disadvantages - Not good for people with Wide foot and I have a much bigger arc than usual people, so you might need to consider that as well, it doesn't provide a full cushion to the arc, but doesn't feel bad at the same time4) It's made of synthetic rubber, based on my experience, these last longer than the regular.Though you may have the same size and height of my foot, everyone's foot differ in shape and size, these are just my opinions, it may or may not be the same for you.
