This is a 5 year old Dell PC with updated Windows 10, untitled SSD and 16GB RAM (2 x 8GB) as advertised. This is a quiet and compact mini workstation with integrated graphics. The PC itself is solidly built, as evidenced by its survival after being tossed around in an underpadded shipping box. We felt the computer dangling in the box before opening the box. However, the damage appears to be superficial: a broken portion of the bezel/case clip (found inside the case) + laptop style DVD drive was slightly misaligned and the bezel had to be reattached. Made sure the rest of his innards looked good and it immediately caught fire and seemed to be working fine. It's only been a day but I applaud the scruffy little fella for making the distance. Tip: The Dell Service sticker on the box directed me to the 2018 BIOS update, which was 6 years newer than what was there - usually a good idea to run older Windows 10 hardware.
