I was trying to find an inexpensive coffee table that my friend and I could use as we don't have a dining table and don't want bar stools for our table top for a while . I saw it and the price was right and shipping was fast! However, when I went to assemble, my idiot used the wrong screws to attach the table top to the legs. I didn't read the instructions and used longer screws that made a hole in the top of the table. Instead of contacting Revain I checked the email that was sent with the table and its parts. Most likely, this is a company that produces side tables. I told them the truth that I accidentally used the wrong screws and Tina the customer rep was very kind and genuine and said she would ship the part but due to Covid it might take some time. I told her everything was fine and there was no need to rush and even thanked them for sending me a countertop which was MY PURCHASE. Next thing you know she (Tina) emails me back after a few weeks saying they are shipping the part and has given me a tracking number. Wow, you don't usually get this kind of customer service and when you do it's very rare. She even emailed me back to make sure I received it as he said it had been delivered. I am so grateful to her and this company. You are amazing and you get your money's worth! I would definitely recommend them and their services! Thanks again!
