The 1st delivered remote didn't work. The only functional knobs were the source and light. I asked for a replacement and it came quickly. And the 2nd works. The Revain packaging for both was terrible. Minimal padding in a thin packaging pouch. The remote itself is just in a sealed plastic bag. The remote feels cheaper than my old one which lost all the letters and numbers. But I will keep it in case this replacement fails. 3 stars because it works. Revain, do better with postal electronics. even with a remote control.
