Stops working after 6 months

Purchased 16 April 2021 Stops working today 14 September 2021 It is still charging the device but cannot transfer data. The cable is not physically broken or worn out. Optically in perfect condition, but does not transfer data. I tested it with different phones and different devices to rule out other variables. It's definitely a bad cable.
