Overly complex design that's really just poorly done. When installing, the holes don't line up, no matter what you do, all you had to do was leave a few screws. Orange clips at the end to finish the product only fit one end, the other end doesn't even fit. The hooks are all curved and different sizes. They also don't latch properly into the bottom of the rack. Don't worry, for the price, it really is out of the box. [edit] The entire third section came loose, the screws just popped out (they aren't big enough for the parts advertised) so I sent it back for a full refund and had it fill 30 holes in my wall. joy
