Not 8000LM! Less than 1600 lm

Bought to replace a 100 watt (1600 lm) incandescent bulb in a garage with high hopes of illuminating a room. So disappointed! The old bulb is much brighter!?! Plastic honeycomb around the lantern to dissipate heat!?! No problem. because weak light dissipates hardly any heat! Really messed around, wanted it for a project this weekend.
