Review on Renewed Apple MacBook Air - 13-inch Retina Display, πŸ’» 1.6GHz Dual-core Intel Core i5, 256GB in Gold (Latest Model) by Krisha Kanth ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Very high quality product, it's not the first time I bought it.

Downgraded this kid from the latest MacBook Pro 16 2022, because. it turned out to be too bulky and heavy for me, it was inconvenient to carry it. I chose the basic version, but added RAM up to 16 GB. The impressions are only positive, the Pro 16 seemed to work pretty quickly and pulled a lot of things, but at the same time it could warm up from simple tasks like YouTube so that you couldn’t keep it on your knees and start making noise or slowing down. There are no problems with this at all, it launches anything instantly and in any volume. For example, Windows worked through Parallels + a bunch of tabs in Safari + Excel and a few more windows, and all without slowdowns and, most importantly, WITHOUT NOISE. I've had many different macbooks and each seems to be a little better than the last, but this one is just a gap. I definitely recommend buying it, it's definitely worth your money, especially if you work at a computer, and not just watch TV shows. It remains now to wait until Apple finally makes something similar to Surface, so that you can have a touch screen and you can use it separately from the keyboard, but this is just a dream for now :) I bought it in the official Apple store with a student discount, it came out at 113k and delivery was about a month.

Pros
  • Quick! Very fast! No cooler, i. E. absolute silence, while it practically does not heat up, only if you load it quite hard. The charge keeps calm the whole working day for working in the browser, instant messengers. There is no touchbar, I hope it will finally be abandoned in all future laptops too. Good speakers for the size. Small power supply.
Cons
  • Only 2 ports and both on one side, I would like at least one more on the other, so that you can charge from both sides, it's very convenient. I would like a smaller frame and a larger screen, 14-14.5 inches, but I think this will be implemented very soon. The ability to adjust the backlight of the keyboard has been removed from the function keys, now you need to adjust it through the top menu. Problem with Windows. you need to use Power BI, now for some reason it works very slowly through Parallels, I don’t know whose side the problem is.
