I received this because my neck and hands have been sore since I've been working from home. This raises my laptop screen to my eye level and tilts the keyboard so I can type without hurting my wrist. I have the stand on the lowest level and it's comfortable. Initially I pulled out the anti-slip tabs but they pressed against my wrists so I closed them. I have a Macbook Air so it's thin enough that I don't need extra protrusions to keep it from falling. However, one thing to note is that the lid of the laptop gets caught on the edge of the stand when I close it, so I have to lift the laptop to close the lid. Not a huge issue, but something to be aware of when closing your laptop when not in use. This is a great stand, it doesn't move or shake when I'm typing and I really like the color.
