(9 - 1/2 mos old, and snap for safety cable broke off. Tried to contact mfg about 2 weeks ago, and haven't heard squat! Product is really almost a 5 star, but future durability and poor or non-existant customer service is a 1 star at best. Still useable, but for how long?)I am amending this review after the manufacturer did contact me. We had a "failure to communicate"! Cover will be replaced (outside of warranty!) and since the only really negative was the broken snap, I feel a 5 rating is due the product. Easy to use, covers jack totally, stays on when towing with no apparent extra wear.
