Review on MegaHIS by Rusty Smith

I like that it gives me an overview of all my properties from one place. It's very user friendly for newbies like myself who can't even remember how to use Excel or Google Sheets. It's great that they are constantly updating the app with new features. Sometimes it has issues with connecting properly but usually fixes itself. This system helps us keep track of everything so we aren't missing anything. Especially helpful when we have multiple properties. I like that it creates reports of all aspects of our business (i.e. sales, reservations, maintenance, etc.). The interface can be complicated at times. You have to understand how to navigate through it. We are using it as a CRM for our property managers' information. It can also help with marketing and advertising.
