really soft! for my opinion
They’re quite soft and comfortable, I really like them! They're really good at blocking out light, which is perfect for me. I often have to sleep with a light on (for my cat, she can get upset if it's too dark), and I also do some red light therapy (which you want eye protection for) and these are perfect for both of those.I also like that they included two pairs of earplugs, it’s always good to have some on hand.
