I like that it's easy for my clients to see what we're doing in real time without having to log into our system at home or office every day! It would be nice if there was more flexibility when creating new templates so they can adapt them as their needs change over time but overall this has been an excellent tool for us! We've had great success using VPC because of its ease of use and how quickly people are able to get up to speed with all aspects of project management through training sessions held via Zoom meetings.
