I've been using the Hakko 937 for over ten years. I have owned an RC shop for a number of years and solder countless connectors for batteries, motors and ESCs. I loaned it to a friend a while back and said the friend "lost it" so I was looking for a new soldering station. Not wanting to spend on a fancy new Hakko, I decided to give this one a try. To be honest, I'm very happy with that. Heats up just as fast as my Hakko and the temperature is stable. Another thing I love about it is that it maintains the locked temperature even after it's turned off, so with a flick of the switch it's ready to go to the set temperature in less than 15 seconds, no matter what's set on the dial . The iron holder works for me too and is a more compact single piece setup compared to the control unit and separate iron holder. That's the goalie for me!
