The customer support by team members of IGT was excellent with quick responses, always willing to assist in whatever way possible. We worked together for over 3 months from contract agreement all the way through implementation, training, ongoing maintenance and any other issues that arose. There were no problems or complaints during this time frame. They are very professional and easy working group to work with. Nothing at this point! All good as it should be after such an extensive cooperation period with you guys. Their staff works hard, has great skills in their field of expertise and they really care about your success and business growth.
