I saw this on TV on a show about gifts. It is a riot to watch, very entertaining. I gave it to my sister as a gift. I put batteries in and tested it to make sure it worked. There was a lot of small white pellets in the battery case that I emptied out. When I turned it on it shed a few more white pellets. I just thought I missed a few, but when my sister tried it out it shed some more and continues to shed each time it is used. I'm guessing it is the stuffing in the hat and will eventually the hat will collapse and not work properly. While it works, it's fun.
