The purchase is easy! I bought it for when I need to pump when travelling. I have a Medela Pump in Style and it works great! This is the most efficient pumping method and saves you a lot of time. However, I do not pump while driving, but while my husband is driving. One thing though, I need to increase the power of my pump enough to get better suction to get pumping going. I've never used a hand pump, which is why it's so easy to use even when traveling in the car. Also, the cord is very long and I could rock on the back seat if I wanted to.
