Home button does NOT work. Do not be fooled!
I was looking for an inexpensive replacement for my broken digitizer. Obviously this was not the choice. I've been replacing a broken digitizer for a number of years. The home button does NOT work as other buyers have complained. I bought a completely different digitizer for the same broken iPad and just fixed it.
