I was asked if I wanted to take a free trial, and I said yes. Then I was asked if I wanted to receive email updates, and I said yes. Then I was asked to enter my phone number, which I did. No email came in and no other kind of communication. That's it. They charge $10/month per user or whatever they call it (I think). But after you get past the first month there is only one thing that comes in the mail - a monthly bill! And they send multiple bills each year.. so basically your credit card gets charged every single time without any notification.
