The customer support is very good and the cost is also cheap. There is no much difference in the user interface if compared to other ERP systems. You can get all your accounting, finance, manufacturing and logistics related tasks done under one roof. It has a great platform which comes with a lot of customization options. Some functions like stock management are not as robust as we would have liked them to be. But overall it's a really good product. If you are looking for an ERP solution then this is one of the best out there. We use this software for our production planning and inventory management.
