The support team was very helpful in getting me set up with my store, they were always available to answer any questions I had as well! There wasn't much that didn’t work for us but if there did it would be easy enough fix or recommendation from them so we could get back into business quickly again after our server crash (which luckily happened during off hours). We are currently looking at other platforms because of this issue however caffeine has been great about having multiple solutions when something does happen like what occurred here which made things easier moving forward than trying out another platform all together.
