Disappointed, perforation doesn't really work

I was a bit disappointed with this junk paper. The sheets come in a "book" form where you tear off one sheet at a time. The problem is that the sheet does not tear at the perforation as intended. So if you really need 12x12 paper, which is what I needed, I had to manually go in each sheet and cut off a quarter inch of the excess paper because the perforation doesn't really work. In addition, the felt-tip pen shines through this paper, which makes scrapbooking very difficult. On the positive side, the paper colors matched the description.
