🎨 Smooth Gray Promenade Cardstock Paper Pad by Colorbok, 12"x12 Review

Nice color but light weight. Not good quality. I have another 78lb paper that is heavier. I wouldn't use it on a map. Too weak and cannot use alcohol markers. bleeding. I took it to my class for students so it wouldn't go to waste. It was also packed in a too small box with other items so it was bent!

I was very happy about this paperback because the color of the cover tended towards warm taupes. Instead, the paper inside is definitely neutral to cool gray tones. Still technically Promenade Gray, but definitely not the warm gray color scheme I wanted to base the project on. If it weren't so cheap I'd be tempted to return it, but I can find other uses for it.

I was a bit disappointed with this junk paper. The sheets come in a "book" form where you tear off one sheet at a time. The problem is that the sheet does not tear at the perforation as intended. So if you really need 12x12 paper, which is what I needed, I had to manually go in each sheet and cut off a quarter inch of the excess paper because the perforation doesn't really work. What I like about these cards is their thickness, easy gluing, and neutral colors. I make my own greeting cards which I find to be a useful and relaxing hobby. We all need neutral paper. True gray is hard to come by, so I was really excited when I saw this gray cardboard book with about 4 shades of gray and 1 black.
