Setting up a ninja course takes time, but YouTube videos help. Also the customer service is very good and if you have any questions they are always ready to help. The kit seems very strong. We've only played with it for a few days due to the cold weather, but it looks like it will last a long time. I didn't rate this category as I only used it for a short time. We had an issue unlocking the ratchet when we took it off. The customer service was fantastic and I will definitely buy from this company again because of this. They contacted me to see if I liked the product and had questions. I informed them of the ratchet and they responded quickly and took care of the problem. This summer my kids will love this ninja class. I only gave it four stars because we haven't used it in a very long time.
