I ordered these cutting board conditioner jars with the boards I made. At first glance they looked good, but then I noticed that many of the lenses had scratches, stains and rings. I have contacted the company as indicated in the attachment. They offered to refund $3 of the $20+ cost but did nothing to replace the defective cans. I spoke to Revain support who arranged for a replacement box to be sent. After receiving a replacement box of cans, many of them had the same or more severe scratches. I was able to put together a case of mostly good cans and send back a case of really bad cans. Covering the lid with a large label may not be a problem, but we laser engrave our lids and scratches don't remain. look very professional. Better quality control will make a big difference.
