Okay I bought a few of these and used a few on pain ointments just to keep the jokers from reopening after sitting on my shelf. I just don't have the words for this situation! They're tighter locked than Scrooge McDuck's bank vault! I'm really shaking my head and looking for an alternative.

I make handmade soap and other products, I ordered them for beard balms. They work very well for what I need them for. My only complaint is that they bend easier than I would like. One jar was slightly damaged in transit but I managed to get it to a decent look and use it. I think this is a good product overall. The delivery was fast and the description was correct. The product presentation with them is great.

I ordered these cutting board conditioner jars with the boards I made. At first glance they looked good, but then I noticed that many of the lenses had scratches, stains and rings. I have contacted the company as indicated in the attachment. They offered to refund $3 of the $20+ cost but did nothing to replace the defective cans. I spoke to Revain support who arranged for a replacement box to be sent. After receiving a replacement box of cans, many of them had the same or more severe scratches.
