Stop working after 30 days!

I bought this fan for my grandma because she doesn't have windows that open for air conditioning. My husband and I have a similar one so I knew it would keep her and her dog nice and cool. It was delivered to us on June 20th and hasn't worked since yesterday. It says the return window closed on July 21st. I asked Revane to call me twice, they called but both times they hung up. I didn't spend $60 on a fan to use it for 30 days. I want to know what can be done for me
