This strainer worked great. I screwed on the legs, put the bag on the ring and stretched the legs over the bowl. I had to unscrew a couple of the legs about a quarter to a half turn to align the legs directly on the bowl. I sifted 6 pounds of plums that I had boiled in 1 1/2 cups of water and was able to collect it all in one bag. I thought it looked small when I bought it, but it holds up more than you might think. And the bag was perfectly cleaned; briefly soaked in cold water, hand washed and air dried. I highly recommend this product.
