Terrible exercises! - Sets
I liked the clarity of the canvas and symbols. However, the drills are the worst I've ever had and I've been DP for over a year! Most of the exercises were grouped and the time it took to sort them was so frustrating I had to just drop this DP. I buy most of my DPs from DAC, but I've bought a few "snack" sizes from Revain with no problems. Will never buy from Runfar again - maybe the name was an indicator - run away from them!
