This year my husband and I were the Lady and the Tramp for Halloween, so of course we turned our daughter into the infamous spaghetti. This skirt was perfect for her as a little tablecloth! She also has room to grow in this skirt. For normal use it was probably too long at 18 months but the waist was perfect and for our purposes it was perfect. I definitely see her wearing them for Christmas for the next year and a half, maybe as part of a Mary Poppins costume.
