So much easier than an ice foot bath. I work on my feet all day on a hard floor and these feel wonderful. I'm a size 7 and they fit well. If I was using them for heal pain, however, I'd probably need the larger size as the icy part stops about mid-heal. This jewelry box is perfect for a special birthday like 13 or 16. Not too big but storage for all her treasures. Several colors to choose from and the packaging is awesome. Based on the reviews I ordered a large -- I typically wear a medium in general sizing, and this fits between a medium and a large. I would order a medium if I were to order again, but the baggier fit isn't awful.
