Bought this for my 4 year old daughter who wants nothing but to be a YouTube star when she grows up. I have some complaints about the kids camcorder, then compliments.1. It doesn't take good photos indoors without a flash. More for the street. 2. Not intuitive for little kids under 4 years old. It's easy to take videos and photos, but it takes a few extra steps to view them or add a frame. 3. The memory card is too easy to remove. There is nothing but a click fastener. compliment1. Big size for little hands and fingers.2. Comes with a small carry case, SIM card, charging cable and Zip drive for storing photos.3. Camera and screen are very clear.4. The quality and interface is very simple and kid-friendly. It can record both video and photo.6. Has cute filters, built in frames for extra creativity. 7. Built-in MP3 player. 8. The included games are fun. Edit: I only gave it 3 stars because I turned it on once and it broke. We're not sure what happened. When it was off, it looked perfect. When we turned it on it was black and white and the screen looked diffuse. I sent an email to ailehoservice@hotmail.com. The company responded very quickly and fixed my problem and told me that if the problem persists they are willing to send me a replacement soon. Excellent customer service.
