White Double Neck Dress Fabric
It was a very nice and comfortable material, not too tight. However, additional fabric is rolled up under the neckline. Below the collar of the white dress is an extra volume of pleated fabric, say 3 inches, visible, apparently due to wearing a second layer of white. Everything would be perfect if it wasn't for this problem. I tried on a brown 3/4 sleeve dress before and it didn't have a second layer, but it did have a permanent crease in the fabric right at the chest area from the packaging.
