I bought this one size up for my little one, she is 2T but I think I bought 3T so she can wear it all summer (and hopefully all winter if we can go). Y). The tops are a bit big as expected but fit her perfectly. The bottom is loose (as it should be) but tight enough that I can slip into her reusable swim nappy and she won't fall off. My biggest complaint is that she is so low cut that if she wasn't wearing anything under her tiny butt she would be hanging around! It sits lower than low rise jeans! She looks silly sitting there so honestly I can just let her swim in her swim diaper and one of the tank tops.
