The crust becomes much crispier
The ventilation openings make the pizza crust much crispier. I make the dough myself, let it rise, stretch it out and put it on a baking sheet. Bake for 7 minutes, then add the filling and place in the oven preheated to 500 degrees for another 7 minutes.
