Nothing but USB 3.0 with Type-C adapter. No speed increase with Type-C.
This was a big disappointment. It's nothing more than a USB 3.0 flash drive with a built-in Type-C adapter. It only achieves USB 3.0 speeds instead of the much faster USB-C speeds. I've also had faster USB 3.0 flash drives, so they're not up to date. The copy process stops for 5 seconds about every 15 seconds and then restarts. With this flash drive you will not go so fast.
