Fast shipping, great packaging and it has really helped me feel more hydrated! The HydroRX Keto Electrolyte Supplement has a subtle lemon and lime flavor and mixes easily with water. I like it when the flavor is a little lighter, so I just add more water than the recommended 16 ounces. I suggest letting it fully dissolve before drinking so you get the best flavor. Be sure to stir before adding ice, ice slows dissolution time. I had a headache after a long day trying this. To be honest, I figured the extra hydration and electrolytes wouldn't hurt while I waited for the headache to subside, but to my surprise, the headache soon went away and I felt more alert after drinking 1 glass.
