First of all, I'm a big fan of these cases. I had 3 of these, once for my main home phone and then for my work phone. I recently upgraded my personal phone to an iPhone X and immediately bought one for my new phone. I get compliments all the time when I take out my credit card or ID and then just put it back in when I'm done with it. Now here is my problem with it. Yes, you can wirelessly charge your phone when the case is on and the cover is open. BUT I've found that this only works with vertical charging pads and NOT flat "matte" chargers. Standalone chargers allow you to pop open the cover and wrap it around the side of the stand while still maintaining a good connection between the back of your phone and the charger. The hinge on the lid prevents the phone from lying completely flat when open. Because of this you will see the phone start charging and then randomly disconnect/reconnect to the flat mat charger. This is a big bummer and very frustrating because I really like the fall feature. Yes, it's bulky and adds a lot of weight to the iPhone X. But I'm happy to make that compromise because I don't have to carry a separate wallet around when I might just need my ID and 1-2 credit cards. I really hope that this problem will be solved in some new versions of the corpus.
