Review on Magnetic Retractable Adhesive for Refrigerator Organization by Mark Turner

Product description was scant at the time so I didn't know it was attached with a magnet and couldn't find a place to attach it it. The fridge door was steel and could stick to it, but the door was contoured and couldn't stick to it flat. The only spot I found was on the side of the fridge where the panel was flat and magnetic. This is convenient for hanging small items like keys. The magnet seems strong, but it's not strong enough to prevent it from slipping when you're hanging something heavy. They provide a pair of 3M adhesive magnets if you can't find a suitable magnetic steel surface. This sucks for me because they could supply double sided sticky pads too. I just don't see sticking a magnet on the wall to attach another magnet. Well, using a holding magnet will help it stick better and prevent it from slipping on the sides. However, I still think double sided tape would work better. Or they could provide holes for use with screws. moron. If you need something to hang your keys and have a flat magnetic surface then this will work and look great. Otherwise fit.
