These were great sandals and I would happily keep them. Very comfortable with good support. Sandals lasted me less than 2 weeks and are not suitable for everyday use. After a few days, the velcro on the adjustment strap began to diverge. I called Teva to inquire about a replacement/credit and found that because I had not purchased them directly from their store they would not replace them without problems. I even offered to buy another pair of sandals (different style) if they would replace the sandals based on the photos and the apparent defect. They said no, send them back at cost and let them assess the defect. This will take weeks and I will lose the ability to wear sandals for most of the summer of 2021. I returned the sandals for a full refund from the store I purchased. While looking for a replacement I decided that the fault was not in the manufacturing but in the design. Many designers have a hard rubber end on the Velcro to prevent splitting.
