Notice to buyers: if you buy this item. Check this before you confide in him anything critical. I've used this product at work and it's generally a great material and holds up well. But either I received a counterfeit product or it's seriously expired (the "use by" date on the bottle is January 2019). The liquid was more like a gel. It was very viscous and difficult to squeeze out of the bottle. Also, it never fully heals. I tested some of them as I wasn't sure about the high viscosity. I put two nuts on a piece of threaded rod and tightened them together. Both have been treated with Loctite. After 3 days at room temperature I tried to remove the nuts. After unscrewing them with a couple of wrenches, I was able to unscrew the nuts by hand. There was some resistance, about the same as with dirty/greasy threads. But for a high-strength threadlocker, I don't think I can turn it by hand, and even without the application of heat. After removing the nuts, I also checked to see if there was any threadlock left on the threaded rod. He was still semi-liquid. Even after 3 days it hasn't healed. I repeated my test and let it sit for a full week (7 days). exactly the same results.
