Headphones are not adjustable

There is absolutely no way these headphones can be adjusted to fit your head. They don't adapt. I don't like headphones that fit in the ear hole so I was very happy to get this pair that sits on the outside. When I received them I was very disappointed to learn that they are not comfortable to wear. waste of my money.
