I wear these perches when fishing and I've been able to hold out for 5 hours at a time. Before that, that night and the next day, my hips hurt. No more hip pain :).
Pros
- Was only a few days. I'm trying to get used to the raised heel. Fairy is convenient. Insole changed.
Cons
- The 30 day trial period is a joke, try it out for 30 days to see if the returned shoes are really supposed to be like new
