Review on INNOMAX Adapter Tablet Phones Powered by Jerry Anderson

I bought both the 6-port USB 3.0 Thunderbolt 3 port and the recommended 5V 3A power adapter and still when I connect more than 2 hard drives, disconnect and everything I get an error message saying the USB device was disconnected due to insufficient power. Obviously other people are giving this thing 5 stars so am I doing something wrong? I see no reason to have 6 ports, only 2 of them can work at the same time. I would love to hear from the support team but have no idea where to find it.
