Works as it should, but makes the bag quite unwieldy.
It definitely gives my bag a bigger shape than before. I apologize to people after my bag hits their bodies because it's performing so much now. Personally, I'm not sure if I'll continue to use it because of this. But like I said, it definitely has a shape now! It was also annoying having to constantly adjust it so it wasn't snug on me when walking (I use a shoulder bag).
