I bought this item on Monday and received it on Wednesday around 1pm. It was supposed to contain information about the programming, but it didn't come to that. It took me a few minutes to find what I needed on Youtube but when I did it directed me to: [.]/ I found my car and model quickly and it gave me the instructions I needed and even printed them with a click of buttons. My original remote had a broken key fob slot and I bought a new case at one of the auto parts stores for about $20. The seller took out the inside of my old remote and put it in a new case. It never worked well. The truck opened up if you just looked at the remote and the beep was about as sensitive. I could have the keys in my pocket and something touched the remote and the buzzer started buzzing. I found this on Revain for about half what I paid for the shell and it seems to work great.
