The user interface makes it easy for our employees to use, but I can see how some customers would feel overwhelmed at first glance! It takes awhile before you get used with all that information available in this system; however once there are no issues your organization has faced previously (or if they have been solved) then everything becomes very intuitive after using just one or two weeks worth/day!! We hope we will never need any customer support because each day more features become accessible through self service tools alone.
I like that it can be customized to fit the needs of my business. The interface could be more intuitive and user friendly. If you want a tool for managing multiple marketing channels, this is the right one! We have been able to integrate our sales force with other marketing tools and improve the performance of our team.
