Great platform and great support staff

I like that it can be customized to your needs, so you aren't stuck with what they offer out-of-the-box. It also has some really nice features for mobile users (I use an iPad). There are other platforms than MS360 which provide similar functionality (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365), but those programs tend to have more expensive subscription fees or require additional software licensing costs. The user interface makes it easy for our employees to use, but I can see how some customers would feel overwhelmed at first glance! It takes awhile before you get used with all that information available in this system; however once there are no issues your organization has faced previously (or if they have been solved) then everything becomes very intuitive after using just one or two weeks worth/day!!
